Challenge
The page was filled with content that was not well-planned or strategized. The page lacked good graphics, which failed in grabbing the audience’s attention at first look. There was no branding or brand voice, and the bio was not SEO optimized and was unclear. The content format, font, and load of content were completely out of balance. And due to the above-mentioned problem, the insights of the account were extremely poor & the follower numbers were stuck. The author felt stuck at just 200 odd followers and no matter how informative her content pieces were, it just didn’t work.
After I started working with Heena Joshi as her Social Media Manager, the first thing I did was give the account a complete makeover. I asked her the right questions, understood the needs of her business, and started mapping out the strategy for her. I included a lot of stories, and gave her story prompts to increase audience engagement. I planned the content and divided them into buckets, once the buckets were done, the content ideation and scripting were really easy. I also was able to re-purpose a lot of her content in a better way to get a good reach. Her content and page started standing out. I mapped out a few launches for her, including IG Lives, the topics, and collaborators. I gave a complete re-brand for her page, starting from the bio to hashtags.
