Challenge

There was a lot of information in the emails sent through the brand. 
The emails were not sent at regular intervals during the course launch.
The information available to us was ginormous and did not fully correspond to the current course launch.
The information related to the launch was filtered based on the quality of the courses offered by the coach and the kind of support offered to make the students get the outcome desired.

The requirement was to make the emails lighter to read as well as convey the launch information without coming across as salesy.
Make the emails less clunky and less salesy.
The client is a business and sales coach which made the process of mapping out the strategy particularly difficult. The emails must match her level of expertise yet be fun.
We got a complete KYC questionnaire filled out by the client and the answers given in the questionnaire helped us find the brand voice for writing the emails.
I mapped out the entire email strategy and laid it out to bring about a smooth transition from social media to emails.
Once the funnel was approved, the copy was sent in for review which then received great appreciation from the client.
The emails were scheduled to go on a particular date and the workflow came to an end with a good number of enrollments.
